April 12th - Celta De Vigo II at Real Oviedo

Celta De Vigo II sit in 16th, meaning that they face a relegation playoff, but because the side is a reserve team it will be interesting how desperate they are to fight off the drop. Obviously they will want to avoid going down, howveer they may not have the same passion as a first team lke Coruxo. Because of this, it's unlikely that desperation will be a factor, making it a solid possiblity for three points away from home. Similarly to Coruxo, Celta De Vigo don't score and have an even worse defense than Coruxo. Borja Iglesias can be a threat, but outside of thim there's simply not enough talent.

Prediction - Real Oviedo 3-1 Celta De Vigo II

April 19th - Real Oviedo at Racing Ferrol

This is the big one. Promotion rivals Racing Ferrol take on Oviedo at Ferrol. As if the task wasn't already large enough, Racing Ferrol have lost just twice this season at home (10W, 3D, 2L), outscoring opponents 34-12. There is some hope however, as the club has been in shaky form as of late, enjoying large wins and suffering massive defeats. Real Oviedo without a doubt need a win for a chance to be a inside challenger for the title, but it's likely that we'll only get a draw.

Prediction - Real Oviedo 1-1 Racing Ferrol

April 26th - Sporting Gijon II at Real Oviedo

Nothing hurts worse than losing to your rival, so losing to your rival's reserve team is simply unacceptable. Yet Oviedo managed to pull of the 'feat' in December, falling 2-1 in Gijon. Don't expect a repeat. The Tartiere's atmosphere will be massive, and Gijon have been simply average all season, with no consistency at all. Look for three points in a scrappy match.

Prediction - Real Oviedo 2-0 Sporting Gijon II
