Entails the creation and enhancement of place such that it triggers a positive experience through all or at least the majority of the five human senses sight sound , touch , taste and smell . It is the sensory experience of a visitor , guest or investor which then results in people saying this is a “ nice ” place , or a nice restaurant , neighbourhood or shopping centre .
