NEW REGISTRATIONS –
ESTATE AGENTS NOT REGISTERED WITH
THE FIC
To register successfully with the FIC:

 Once the registration form has been submitted a
registration reference number (SHREG number) will
be provided

THE FINANCIAL

 The Compliance Officer will receive an e-mail from
the FIC confirming the approval or rejection of the
registration and will confirm the entity’s Org ID No.
Once the registration has been approved, the
Compliance Officer is required to communicate the
Org ID No to further delegated users (if any) within
their institution who are permitted to use the system,
where applicable

IS TO PROMOTE

All other delegated users must also register as users
on the system by clicking on “Register as a person”
and inserting the Org ID of their entity, to add
themselves as a user of their institution.
All delegated users, including the MLRO, must also
attach a certified copy of an ID/passport and a signed
authorisation letter from the institution when
registering.
 Ensure that the first person to register on the
platform is the appointed Compliance Officer for
your entity
 Access the goAML website using the link:
https://goweb.fic.gov.za/goAMLWeb_PRD
 Click on “Register as an organisation”
 Complete all required fields regarding the institution
and the user and attach the following documents:
o copy of ID/Passport document certified by a
commissioner of oaths
o signed authorisation letter containing the details
of the Compliance Officer
o Click “submit”. The details will be submitted to
the FIC for approval
