We have added multiple layers of protection such as
an LLC structure to hold title deed. There is a draw
schedule paid to the builder only once there is a signoff from independent appraisers for each phase. The
turnaround is 150 days a new build with an additional
30 days for escrow and contract. With a 180-day total
turnaround PPG can turn new 2 new builds per year
with investor’s funds.
There are basically two profit share options:
1. Profits are split 60/40 in favour of investor per build
2. PPG issue a 20% preference share certificate with 12-month
duration more for the conservative investor.
