United States offer affordable entry-level investments

Dollar investment offers South African investors
an affordable, stable, first world economy with a
perfect Rand hedge strategy. Many local investors
have already benefitted from buy and hold real estate
investments by hedging their options offshore on rand
currency deflation and higher than average rental
incomes with steady capital appreciation year on year.
Another successful method used by investors in the
short term is to fix and flip properties over a 12-month
period. This is a great strategy for cash flow and quick
investor returns as it is relatively low risk. Candice
