In January 2012, the Moolman Group partnered with
the Resilient Property Income Fund and Falcon Forest
to develop the new 39,000m2 mall in Soshanguve near
Pretoria, which opened in May 2014.
Other projects that were completed last year include
Phase 2 of Middelburg Mall, Sasolburg Mall, Maxwell
Office Park Phase 2, Game Vryburg Centre and KG
Mall. In 2015, Phase 2 of Lephalale Mall, Phase 1 of
Kuruman Mall and Jean Avenue were completed.
Meanwhile, projects that are currently under
construction include the Mall at Newmarket,
Meadowvale Mall, the re-development of the Riverside
Shopping Centre, Phase 2 of Kuruman Mall, the
Bacock and MiWay warehouses, Westend Office Park,
Town Square Centre in Richards Bay and Baobab
Boulevard in Polokwane.
