Co-working office spaces are
a new investment opportunity

he global co-working concept is one in which
like-minded freelancers and entrepreneurs coexist in commercial spaces, and the trend is
thriving in the Cape Town Central Business District
(CBD).
More entrepreneurs are moving into the marketplace
requiring services and amenities such as receptionists
and meeting rooms for intermittent client interface or
brainstorming sessions. They do not want the expense
of carrying a full suite of offices and support staff in
