mended listing price, have a good over-
view of your competition, and are aware
of market circumstances that could
impact your sale – both positively and
negatively.
Stick to your architectural plans during
the renovation process and avoiding
last-minute changes as this may inevita-
bly result in disappointment after com-
pletion. Also, it is important to budget
accordingly and include a 20 - 30%
contingency for unexpected challenges
during construction.
