The starting point is definitely not rocket science and is actually easier to than most other property investment strategies as the universities have already selected the ideal areas of choice . Next step is to Google search a major university just check on Google maps that there are also other institutions or related colleges in the area . Then you draw a radius around a 3 – 2km radius around the university and start selecting your properties in the surrounding area . Here are a few more things to do :
