We generally achieve minimum 15 % + on our total ROI ’ s for any given House of Multiple Occupancies ( HMO ) project . This is pretty general across the board with our HMO products and that is what makes it such a lucrative investment .
Q : Biggest challenges in your career and how did you overcome them ? There have been many hiccups on any given project . The solution is just open communication and transparency .

Always be transparent and plan for worst case possible .
Q : Vision for the company into the future ? We want to continue to consolidate our current processes , bring new clientele from offshore ( including South Africa ) to onboard them to invest handsoff ( we handle all the property management ) into the lucrative UK HMO market and then move into bigger commercial developments in the future .
Q : What lasting legacy would you like to leave in the world ? I created an opportunity for people that they didn ’ t have before .
