Q : What got you into the property business ? Wanting to provide passive income for myself and my family .
Q : Career highlights & achievements ? Starting my first company at 16 and launching Parata Property in 2021 .

Q : Highlights / biggest achievements in your career ? Not a single achievement but probably an accumulative achievement of delivering over 26 projects to different investors from different parts of the world .
Q : If you have you invested into real estate include any investments you may have made and the most important lessons you learnt from the experience in your personal capacity as an investor ? Yes we have invested and own many HMO properties ourselves as that is where we cut our teeth . My advice is to always buy and wait when the opportunity presents itself and not wait to buy .
