In 2008 , she played a pivotal role in launching their aggregation business , evo , and was instrumental in integrating the acquired business into the ooba Group . Moreover , she concentrated on transforming evo into a strong contender in the origination industry .
With a wealth of experience in the property industry , Careen ' s passion lies in delivering exceptional service to key stakeholders and business partners . Throughout her extensive involvement in the industry , she has witnessed the highs and lows , as well as the evolving cycles . Living in Cape Town , Careen considers herself fortunate to have the opportunity to travel and immerse herself in diverse cultures around the world .

Having recently celebrated 20 years ’ worth of service with ooba Home Loans , Natasha Champion , Regional Sales Manager for Gauteng North and West has almost achieved veteran status in the property industry . She has sat on various high-profile property panels in the investor training space and regularly shares property commentary on both television and radio and is considered an expert in her field .
Originally from Johannesburg , Natasha began her property career in the UK as a residential real estate agent - including areas such as Brixton where she learnt the practicalities of what it takes to sell property . Coming back to Johannesburg in the early 2000s , she started in an administrative position at ooba Home Loans ( at the time , MortgageSA ) and moved on to specialise in the development space , before embarking upon the business development area and then on to sales management .
