Celebrating Excellence in the South African Residential Property Sector
The 2nd Annual Residential Investment & Development ( Reside ) Awards in association with Real Estate Investor ( REI ), which recognise excellence and innovation in the residential property sector , announced the winners for 2024 .
Launched in 2023 , these awards are the first of their kind in South Africa , acknowledging and celebrating excellence across the entire residential value chain . The gala ceremony , which took place at the Sandton Convention Centre on 18 July 2024 , saw an impressive increase in entry categories from five in 2023 to fourteen this year , all keenly contested , ensuring a comprehensive representation of key players in the development and investment space .
