Go smaller into prime locations to suit your budget .
2 . Ensure that there is good stock turnover in the area which is important for liquidity .
3 . Ensure that the rental demand and supply fundamentals stack up .
He has used this successfully to invest in both South Africa and abroad with success . He also says important factors for you when evaluating a deal are outside of normal real-estate fundamentals location and supply and demand . The partner involved in the projects is also one of the most important aspects that needs to stack up . This requires a number of engagements and very careful consideration before pressing the go-button .
He stays updated on industry trends and ensures his business remains innovative and adaptable as the industry and trends are continually evolving .
