Transformation in any sector of the economy tends to ignite conversations about misrepresentation amongst women when compared to males . The real estate sector is no different and it is important that we thoroughly analyse the dynamics around transformation for women in the sector as well as how to adequately build a sustainable platform for women to achieve this agenda .
