Lobby Level Improvements (This is the area that needs the most work) First Floor – Southern Wing This area consists of nine former guest rooms that are roughed in for plumbing and electric. Some of the walls are studs (original or steel) and the rooms and halls require the hanging of new drywall, interior finishes (textured, paint, trim) along with the final electrical fixtures, sinks and toilets. Upon completion the hall will have a drop- textured ceiling. Slight modifications or finishes may be added to create “treatment” rooms for healing. We will attempt to use the hardwood, hallway floor, with a carpeted runner. This floor has been stripped and finished by a previous owner.
