CAMPO Kale Salad

Ingredients
Kale salad
• 16 cups kale
• 4 poached eggs Parmesan crumble
• 8 tablespoons Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Lemon garlic dressing
• 1.5 ounces lemon juice fresh
• 1.5 ounces Champagne vinegar
• 4 ounces grape seed oil
• 4 ounces extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
Instructions
Parmesan crumble |

Heat oven to 300 . |

Line a cookie sheet with parchment or nonstick pad . |

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese to form a thin layer . |

Bake in oven until cheese melts and browns . |
