My son Jeremy had chosen to join RBC and began serving in the Worship Team . Before visiting RBC I prayed to God to help me decide if I should worship at RBC or choose another church nearer to my home .

As soon as I got out of my car , I was met warmly by Sue who introduced herself and walked with my to the entrance . When we got to the entrance I was greeted by Adam . Adam ' s excellent care and follow up of me with his welcome email , introducing me to the team and pastors , being able to read the Annual Report , all helped me to feel I belong here .

Sue invited me to stay for coffee at the Clay Cup after the service & introduced a few others to me . Sue also invited me to join her Connect Group .

The second Sunday I came along , Chris sat near me and also introduced me to others and we enjoyed coffee afterwards . A few Sundays later , she introduced 4 new ladies to me and we went out for lunch together .

All of these small gestures and invitations have made a big difference in my life and have seen me connect and enjoy life at RBC .

Two years ago , I made one of the biggest decisions of my life - I chose to leave the church I grew up and to start afresh and join RBC .

I was scared at the prospect of making new friends and being somewhere new , but it has been the best decision I have ever made .

I have made wonderful new and life long friends , who have supported , loved and encouraged me over these past 2 years , when things have been tough in my life .

I am so grateful to God for RBC and being part of this community .

I want to thank everyone that was involved in this year ' s Youth Camp . It was an amazing time with some amazing people . Covid-19 has made everything so confusing and difficult for me , yet you still provided us with the wonderful opportunity to come together and worship God .

I want to thank Abe the camp speaker . Your messages personally touched my heart , and I know I wasn ' t the only one ! Your words blessed everyone at camp and helped everyone come closer to Jesus . I want to also thank John - the Youth Co-ordinator , my leader and one of my biggest role models .

John , you have been such a big influence ever since I became a Christian . I look up to you .

Your prayer for me at camp has belped me to become a better disciple and better Christ like example . Thank you everyone !
