There ’ s a shortage of properties for sale in Canberra at the moment . New listings are currently down 15 per cent . This is likely a contributing factor to greater stabilisation in price growth . It looks like a recovery is now underway in Canberra and while we can ’ t expect a COVID-style boom again any time soon , it does look like it will be a much better year compared to last .
