When you are fasting

GOAL : MAINTENANCE NOT DEFICIT

What to avoid :

SIMPLE OR REFINED CARBOHYDRATES SUCH AS : White flour , patties , donuts , croissants , cakes , biscuits , sweets .
These all provide satisfaction for a very small period of time and cause a sugar crash .
CAFFEINATED DRINKS :
Coffee has caffeine which can lead to insomnia and restlessness .
