A day in the Life on an Intelligence Analyst in the UK
As a Reservist , I work in my spare time to train and hone my operational skills and on occasions work on live operations . This includes liaison with regular staff and the production of intelligence products to ensure continuity of effort .
I am trained to be fully conversant with the necessary reporting systems and have a good situational awareness of my area of interest . I use analytical skills to generate intelligence products for use by UK and allied forces . It is rewarding to know that my work directly supports operations .
