CASE STUDY : HOW A POULTRY PROCESSING COMPANY SOLVED AIR DISTRIBUTION PROBLEM A leading food processing company in Turkey , Keskinoğlu , renovated the HVAC system of its production facility with fabric air ducting technology .
The company faced health issues among its employees due to drafts caused by the previous air distribution system . Additionally , before renovation , the company relied solely on evaporators to maintain the ideal temperature range of 5 ° C - 8 ° C in poultry processing facilities , but evaporators were insufficient in providing the desired cooling parameters throughout the area .
