Taquitos

Ingredients
• 2 shredded chicken breasts
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 cup diced tomato
• 20 corn tortillas
• Oil for frying
• Pinch of salt
Toppings :
• Sour Cream
• Queso Fresco
• Guacamole
• Salsa of choice
Directions :
Boil 2 pieces of chicken breast in hot water . Once completed , shred the 2 chicken breasts . Cook the shredded chicken in a large skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil . Add diced tomato , onion powder , and garlic powder . Let it cool . Heat up the corn tortillas in griddle for 15-30 seconds on each side . In a skillet , add oil . Roll 2 tablespoons of shredded chicken in tortilla . Carefully place the rolled-up taquitos in skillet once the oil is hot enough to fry . Rotate to cook evenly on each side . Place them on a paper towel plate once they are golden brown . Serve with the toppings of your choice . www . quinceanera . com
