Wix was an essential part when
creating our website. Wix is a flash site
generator that allows anybody to
create their own website, providing
them with different templates to use. I
and Connor used a very basic
template, this enabled us to add more
complex features onto it, such as the GIF
background and tour dates which were
linked to pages such as Ticket Master.
Social media sites such as
Facebook were helpful in
advertising our website. I and
Connor linked our Facebook
page we had created into
our website, so when viewers
clicked on the Facebook
icon on the website, it took
them to our Facebook page
allowing cross media
convergence.
The website
We used a Nikon D5200 to create the
GIF background. We used multiple
shots to create this.
We also used an Iphone to get
some shots for the GIF. Iphone
has a great camera and it is
quick and easy to use.

We edited the clips with
windows movie maker.
Although we was going
to use GIFFY to create the
clips, the quality wasn’t
great, so we decided to
use windows movie
maker, and speed up
the clips and shorten
them down, creating a
GIF.
