DON ’ T MISS THE MEAT
Many of us are looking for those easy to do “ drop pounds ” diet . Some of us have even thought about not eating meat and becoming vegetarians . I myself have been a vegetarian for a couple of years . It was a great feeling . I dropped some weight and felt overall healthier . After some time I began to feel some not so healthy anymore . I was tired a lot , I noticed that my hair was thinning out and my nails were becoming very brittle . I thought to myself this could not possibly be from not eating meat because people do this all the time . The world was filled with vegetarians so what was my problem ?
Well of course you know I took my problem to the World Wide Web and began to do some research . My doctor always warned me against doing this because at the end of the research you are more than likely to probably diagnose yourself with the worst possible disease leaving yourself to countdown the days to your death .
