Keestrack to show new products at CONEXPO-CON / AGG 2017

Keestrack
Keestrack’ s new light and compact H4 tracked cone crusher features a hybrid diesel-electric drive concept for fuel efficiency and ease of maintenance.
Belgium based Keestrack will be presenting its latest products for contractors in the recycling and aggregate industries at this year’ s CONEXPO-CON / AGG show in Las Vegas.
On show will be the new light and compact H4 tracked cone crusher, featuring the KT-H4 cone crusher, which has an 8m 3 hopper and 250 tonnes per hour processing capacity at maximum feed sizes of 185mm. The crusher can be used in primary, secondary, tertiary, or quarternary crushing.
The plant can be optionally equipped with a pre-screen with fines chute and a highly efficient three-deck secondary screen module with a recycling conveyor for closed circuit processing. The effective screen area is 5.4m ² on each deck, with return conveyor. A big feeder volume, large screening areas, and a high stockpile capacity enable productive operations for both in-line and stand-alone units.
The machine features a hybrid diesel-electric drive concept(( 345kW Diesel( Tier 4f) / 330kVA Genset / 135kW E-drive for crusher)) for fuel efficiency and ease of maintenance. An additional electric motor / hydro pump powers the hydraulic-driven feeder, secondary screen module, tracks, and all hydraulic cylinders. The full-hybrid H4e version allows full electric operation through mains or an external gen set.
Keestrack will also be displaying the 33-tonne R3 tracked impactor, the smallest unit in the company’ s impact crusher range, and the 55-tonne R5 model. Both machines feature active pre-screening with optional equipment, including magnetic separators, fines conveyors, and secondary screen modules with closed-circuit operation.
The machines are powered by diesel-hydraulic drives with modern load sensing hydraulics, although the R5 model can be equipped with the optional hybrid diesel-electric drive, which offers fuel savings of up to 25 % compared with the diesel-hydraulic version.
The direct-driven impact crushers are equipped with large, heavy rotors to deliver high crushing performance and smooth running. Both units include large inlet openings and efficient overload protection systems to ensure productive operation in typical recycling applications, without costintensive pre-sorting or pulverising.
