Grace

and a new expression of choices.

We are not defeating the mind. Not battling it into submission or destroying it in any way. Observe it, learn how it works. In that, you can find how to best utilize such an amazing part of you.

We are not overcoming the body. It is our partner. It is our vessel, not our prison. One does not seek enlightenment in order drop the physical being. It is to find it despite physical being-ness.

The miracle is by finding one's self amidst all the distractions and reflections of a cluttered mind and broken heart. Finding the divine self in the material world allows us to witness grace and love in action, playing out before us if we choose to observe.

We are not molding our spirit. At its essence it is pure divine energy. It is perfected. You are perfected, and only by realizing this, can you truly be free.

The spirit is plugged in to it all. The body checks in from time to time; the mind wanders off on its own journey now and then. The spirit is the constant. It can be whatever it wishes to be and experience what it wishes to experience but these experiences are not what defines the spirit. The spirit defines the experiences.

Mind, body, and spirit are three companions on a quest. If they work together, they pool all of their abilities and resources and find triumph, treasure, and joy.

If they fight and miscommunicate, they will get lost among the perils and obstacles that can be found on any adventurous journey.

If you find yourself lost, step back and find that unconditional sense of humor within you. Laugh and know you are found in the exact moment that you realized you were lost.
