Park Hyatt Chicago, located in Chicago, Illinois, rolls out its new NoMI lifestyle brand
with the opening of its renovated NoMI Spa. Renovations to the spa were part of a multiyear, multi-million-dollar project that includes two private spa suites with steam showers,
private changing spaces, luxurious linens and a spa menu designed around the seasons.
The updated facility also includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, steam rooms, locker
areas, a men’s Hommage shaving station and a pool with cityscape views.
GIVING BACK
●
The spa at Glen Ivy Hot Springs in Corona, California partners with Angel Faces, a nonprofit organization, to host its
third annual holistic, integrative retreat. The week-long Angel Faces retreat aims to inspire adolescent girls with severe
facial disfiguration from burns, cancer, accidents, abuse and/or birth abnormalities. Young girls received massages,
facials, professional makeup sessions, body moisturizing treatments
and enjoyed spa luncheons and formal dinners. The unique retreat,
which embodies the Glen Ivy spa lifestyle philosophy, teaches girls to
increase self-confidence and improve self-image while focusing on
emotional healing through a variety of mental, physical and spiritual
renewal sessions.
