More announcements marking spa industry players on the move.

Heather Hannig is the new spa director of the five-star Spa at Mandarin Oriental, New
York. Hannig brings with her more than 10 years of spa industry expertise.

Ginni Selle, Ph.D. has been appointed the new spa director at Hilton Sedona Resort and
Spa. Selle brings over 14 years of health and wellness experience to her new role where she
will work to maintain and build relationships with spa members as well as work towards
positioning the spa as one of the premier destinations in the region.

Blue Water Spa in Raleigh, North Carolina donated $100,000 to the
Boys and Girls Clubs of Wake County, North Carolina. The
$100,000 goal was set by Blue Water Spa President and Founder
Kile Law at the beginning of 2011, and with the help of loyal clients
from the community, the goal was successfully reached by the end
of the same year. Over the past two years, Blue Water Spa has helped support more than 120 local charities and nonprofit organizations as well as donated more than 150,000 pounds of food to the Interfaith Food Shuttle of North Carolina.

program allows estheticians, cosmetologists and professional
makeup artists to purchase Jurlique products for 30 percent off the
retail price. The special rate makes it easier for professionals to purchase products and to become brand advocates.

Skin Inc of Carol Stream, Illinois recently teamed up with skin-care
educator, Zoe Draelos MD, to create a new online video education
course focused on the function and structure of the skin. The
Physiology of the Skin video course, based on the “skin-care bible,”
Physiology of the Skin, allows students, skin-care professionals,
estheticians and medical practice employees to work and learn at
their own pace.
