e at Rancho La Puerta focus on guest
loyalty as one of our most important guest
relationship goals. For some time, we’ve
worked on the development of a relationship program. This loyalty program differs from conventional
rewards-based initiatives. For us, loyalty is a two-way street.
We reward our guests’ loyalty by showing our loyalty to
them. We started implementing features of our relationship

After in-depth studies and careful consideration, we selected WellO,
SelfOptima’s Guest Engagement Platform. The SelfOptima platform will be
a central hallmark of Rancho La Puerta’s relationship program, and we look
forward to launching our full-scale customized program in January. Here
are some of the goals the platform will help us reach:
● The assessments and tools will allow our guests to take Rancho La
Puerta home in a more tangible way than before to continue their
health transformation.
● By offering this platform as part of our relationship program, it continues to demonstrate to our guests how important their health goals are
to us.
● We will now be able to
communicate with our
guests in a personalized way,
only sharing news and
advice that will interest them.
● As guests become more
engaged with Rancho La
Puerta in their day-to-day
lives, they will continue to
gain benefits from our relationship.
