 What’s New on the Expo? Each year, the ISPA Expo gathers the best and most exciting products found in the spa industry. Here’s a quick look at some of this year’s New Product Showcases and what to expect on the Expo floor. Prepping for Expo Since a successful Expo begins with good planning, Jacoby-Clements says they plan their Expo strategy months in advance. “We send hand-written invites out to spa directors we want to meet and introduce La Bella Donna to as well as to our current spa clients to see our new product launches. We also put together a plan of action to determine our product showcase ahead,” she says. At the Iredale headquarters, preparations for the Expo include a review process of the company promotional calendar in relation to tradeshow schedules. “If properly aligned, we do our best to offer a new product launch or a sneak peek of what’s to come,” Iredale says. Last year, the company successfully pre-launched Tantasia, its moisturizing bronzer and self-tanner which allowed ISPA attendees to sample the product two months prior to its official launch date. “This year, we will showcase chocoholicks II which will feature four new sumptuous limited edition flavors of our classic chocoholic
