Southern Vines Wine Bar: Wine-d Down and Enjoy
Nestled in the core of Somerset’ s Art & Entertainment District is one of the area’ s premier locations to discover wine varieties from across the world. Southern Vines Wine Bar opened in late 2025 and stocked its romantically decorated shelves with over one hundred bottles of wine from local and international sources. Alongside numerous wine labels, charcuterie options are prepared to pair perfectly with the drinks.
Owners and mother-andson team Lee and Jake Redmond opened their business to host guests in a comfortable venue, where they can relax and enjoy exquisite vino. The Redmonds curate an immaculate atmosphere in their salon, where patrons slow down and savor time together.
“ My mother and I started the business to give back to the community and make a place where customers can sample wines downtown,” said Jake Redmond.
At the moment, Southern Vines is open exclusively on Saturdays; however, the Redmonds partner with surrounding businesses to share their wine and custom drink experiences with other locales for exciting themed nights.
