" Our delicious avocado egg toast, people in the community love it," said Carmona. She also noted that the Croque Madame, which features ham, Swiss cheese, Dijon mustard, Béchamel sauce( one of the French " mother sauces ") and a fried egg, has been something of
a surprise hit. " I ' m very impressed how people have liked it because it is not a common food around this region."

such as chilaquiles rojos, molletes, and papas con chorizo— " Who doesn ' t love chorizo?" said
Carmona of the spicy sausage favorite.
The most popular menu item, according to Carmona, is the French toast, one of the sweeter breakfast options along with pancakes, waffles and crepes. Available with them are all kinds of fruits— strawberries, bananas, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries— and some even more tempting flavors like chocolate and Nutella.
