Photos by Christopher Harris to Pulaski County at a young age, attending Northern Middle School, Pulaski County High School, and then Somerset Community College and finally what is now Lindsey Wilson University, where she graduated with a Bachelor ' s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.
However, it was the magic of the kitchen that held true in her heart, and she called the idea of opening the restaurant a " God ' s whisper " that eventually came to pass after spending time working in other such establishments.
" I have always loved cooking, since I was very young," she said. " I always love to explore other cuisines. One of the reasons I love cooking is because I can completely focus on it without getting bored; as a person with ADHD, it’ s hard to find things to focus on without getting bored after you master them. But in cooking you can always learn something new. New recipes, new creations, etc."
For Carmona, the idea of a brunch-themed restaurant just stood out as something unique to American culture— and also " because who doesn ' t love breakfast?" she noted.
