Following the death of their mother, the brothers transformed their parents’ home into a charming café and donut shop, which serves hot coffee, baked goods, and even lunch items, with a tastefully decorated dining room full of country charm and warmth.
Right beside the café is a large play area for children with swings, slides, and lots of climbing opportunities.
The café is open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a. m. to 5 p. m. year round. The market and pie shop are open 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p. m. to 5 p. m. on Sunday.
Tiff’ s Deli and More While Tiff’ s Deli and More in downtown Nancy is located inside a modern building, stepping inside brings back those old country store vibes.
A deli case just inside the door filled with large pieces of meats and cheeses waiting to be sliced, a hotbox full of fresh breakfast sandwiches on the counter and a table full of local men drinking coffee brings you back to a former time.
Owner Tiffany Ballou said that’ s what she envisioned when she opened the business in July of 2025.
“ You don’ t see many small country stores anymore and that’ s what I am trying to portray here, the old country store,” she said.“ I really love that era and that feel. We have a group of regulars who sit at the same corner table,‘ The Table of Knowledge,’ every morning for hours drinking coffee. I really love that era and wanted that feel.”
Since its opening Tiff’ s has become a popular breakfast and lunch destination for locals looking for good, fresh, homemade meals.
Breakfast is available from 6 a. m. until lunch begins at 10 a. m. or until the breakfast food runs out, whichever comes first.
The hotbox contains a variety of biscuit sandwiches including chicken, pork tenderloin, sausage or country ham are available with or without cheese.

homemade biscuits and gravy in the area and delicious omelets.
For the extra hungry, they offer the Big Cam Plate, which contains a choice of two meats, one biscuit and gravy and two eggs.
During lunch, the hotbox contains hamburgers and cheeseburgers as well as Philly Beef and Swiss sandwiches.
At both breakfast and lunch, all sandwiches can be ordered at the counter and made fresh to eat inside or for takeout.
Cold deli sandwiches are also available from any selection of meat and cheese in the deli case.
Tiff ' s has a huge selection of fresh Robinson and Walnut Creek meats sliced to order by the pound including, roast beef, Cajun chicken, turkey, roast turkey, five different types of ham, country ham, pickle loaf, liver loaf, German bologna, Fisher
bologna, jalapeno and habanero loaf. Provolone, cheddar, Colby Jack, green onion, bacon, pepper jack, American and habanero cheeses are also available by the pound or added to any sandwich.
If you can’ t find something you like for lunch, you’ re not really hungry because the lunch menu is loaded. There are rotating daily specials as well as soups that include, white chicken chili, vegetable lumberjack, chicken tortilla, taco, cheesy broccoli, loaded baked potato and bacon, chicken dumpling and slow cooked beans with cornbread.
Tiff ' s also features hamburgers, cheeseburgers, sloppy Joes, hot dogs, hot ham and Swiss, chicken sandwiches, grilled cheese and chicken tenders as well as chicken salad and pasta salad.
Sides include regular and crinkle cut fries, seasoned fries and potato wedges, onion rings and tater tots.
For a quick snack Tiff’ s has a selection of chips and snacks, candy, donuts and honey buns, Pepsi products and Cumberland Gap spring water.
