The venue is rented by the hour , and the starting rate is $ 150 per hour .
That includes table set up and chairs . Weddings cost a little more than that because there is more involved in the set up and take down , she said .
" The people who have had their weddings here have been very complimentary of our pricing structure ," she said . " We think we ' re reasonable for a wedding . That was our mission when we opened , was to have a reasonable place for a wedding or a venue that they can have a party in ."
There are additional rental fees for extras , such as the linens .
When it comes to booking , Hart encouraged people to contact them for a date as early in advance as possible , especially for those times of the year when they are the busiest .
" There are certain times of the year that we have been totally booked . The fall is extremely busy . March , April and May is extremely busy . Summer months seem to be a little bit slower ," she said .
The Magnolia is also heavily booked around Christmas time because of office parties , she said .
