Upon entering , guests can find a lounge area with loveseats situated under a mural of a pair of white Magnolia blossoms .
Along that wall , guests can also find a drinks / bar area that can be utilized by the hosts for either non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages .
" We can serve alcohol here . There are some policies that we must go by . If you ' re considering alcohol , we just have to go through those policies with you ," Hart said .
At the other end of the event space is a decorative stone fire place – " decorative " as in it can ' t actually host a fire . But it serves as a focal point for the room , and Hart said that many couples have taken their vows with that as a backdrop .
There are two restroom areas that Hart describes as " awesome ," as they are bright and spacious . The kitchen / prep area has a refrigerator , freezer , microwave , sink and counter space for caterers to bring in dishes . The venue also offers carts to move food around , and several tables including a separate cake table if needed .
There isn ' t a bridal suite on hand , Hart explained , " but I recommend , and have had several of our brides utilize , the hotels across the street . They take their bridal party over there , they get ready in that suite ... and then they come over here ."
There is a separate office next door where the bridal party can " hang out in " until it ' s their showtime , Hart said .
