Knob Farms BBQ specialty dishes include the popular Sampler Platter , consisting of their signature pulled pork , mouth-watering sliced brisket , pulled chicken , cornbread waffle and your choice of side and drinks .
Another crowd-pleasing specialty dish is the Loaded Nachos , which includes the three meats , street corn , creamy nacho cheese , queso , homemade BBQ sauce and fresh jalapenos .
The growing popularity of the food truck , and the farm , saw Jeremy and Lisa leave their regular 9-to-5 jobs in 2023 , after a year or two of easing into the food truck aspect of the business , with Lisa finding success selling her hand-crafted jams , jellies and baked goods off the truck .
Now they ’ re running year round and can be found at Ross / Bealls and other locations around the county .

“ Our current plan for the coming year is to have more
of a specific schedule ,” he added .
They also intend to look into appearing at more events , including Foodstock and special corporate and company events , such as “ employee appreciation ” days and the like .
