Museum Henrique and Francisco Franco

This museum is dedicated to the study, conservation, presentation and dissemination
of the works of Madeiran artists Henrique and Francisco Franco.
The Henrique e Francisco Franco Museum is dedicated to the work of the Henrique
and Francisco Franco brothers, born in Madeira and active participants in Portuguese
modernity.
It houses a vast collection of works of these two brothers, from the works of youth to
those of the creative maturity period. From Henrique Franco (painter, 1883-1961)
visitors can find oil paintings, drawings, prints and small frescoes, and Francisco Franco
(sculptor, 1885-1955) sculptures, drawings and engravings.
