end of season 2 two

I have always been a big Touring Car fan, especially back when I was younger I would always sit down at the weekends when the BTCC was on and just marvel at how close and competitive the racing was. I wanted to recreate this racing on Forza Motorsport 5 and to do so I created the Ducky Touring Car Championship (DTCC).

DTCC Structure:

Qualifying - 15 Minute Timed Session fastest time taking pole.

• 3 Races a night with 10 MIN interval between races.

• 1st Race - Grid will be determined by qualifying results.

• 2nd Race - Grid will be determined by the fastest laps from Race 1

• 3rd Race - Grid will see places 1-16 picked (at random 4-16) from race 2 reverse

Season Two started 6 months later from season 1 with new builds, new cars, same 3 Races.

The season was getting off to a flying start with braininmyboxers picking up 3 wins and 3 fastest laps in the 1st 3 races. Preconception was that brain and Petuk (Reeking Geek Racing) in their BMW’s would dominate the field leaving everybody eating their dust and fighting for 3rd, how very wrong were they. PTG Mesasphere and PTG Rubberdave (Team Reserve) quickly re-tuning their VW Scirocco’s, took the fight back to the BMW’s.

After the first couple of rounds were dominated by the VW’s & the BMW’s a re-build of the other manufacturer cars was implemented. Then another racer coming into the fray challenging for the front positions, PTG Rosny, was capitalizing on the Build boost and also took on the BMW’s & Scirocco’s. PTG Rosny quickly started to catch the front of the pack showing the Civic was a force to be reckoned with.

Round 3 at Silverstone international saw the new builds come to light with PTG Coops pressing the front runners with the sheer power of the Pendulum Tuning Garage Ford Focus. But all racers were overshadowed by the new entrant to the championship, PTG Claret, who would of sealed a Hat-trick win, if he hadn’t of lagged out on the 3rd Race.

Round 4 saw some of the closest racing of the season. Road Atlanta's twisting front section favoured the Civics & Scirocco's then to loose all progress by the acceleration of both the Focus and the Megane on the long straight, which quickly made them a threat, but PTG Rubberdave came shining through by winning 2 of the 3 races.

Round 4 & 5 saw the further domination of Team Reserve (PTG Mesasphere and PTG Rubberdave), with sterling efforts every race from Braininmyboxers kept him in contention of the top spot. Then the age old Battle from all series they have competed in of PTG Ducky & HLR Juggernaught really started to take shape on these rounds.
