6 . The PTFA-Modified will work with the administration to establish guidelines for depositing funds , requesting checks from deposited funds , and for bookkeeping / reporting arrangements with the staff of the school . The PTFA-Modified will not maintain an independent checking account . All funds will be deposited to and distributed from the CCS account .
AMENDMENTS Any proposed amendment to the By-Laws / Constitution shall be submitted in writing to the PTFA- Modified Executive Team . This committee shall have up to 60 days to consider the amendment and to determine whether to forward it as a recommendation to the Head of School to present to the School Board .
The School Board shall retain final authority for all changes to the By-Laws / Constitution .
