Truth in Millage certification Formal Procurements sent to Council
The City received notification from the Department of Revenue on Oct. 23 that its millage certification documents were accepted with no violations and found its millage levy calculation to be in compliance with Florida law.
This means the City followed Florida ' s Truth in Millage( TRIM) process, which included inviting the public to participate in the City’ s process of levying ad valorem( property) taxes and explaining the reasons for the proposed changes in the millage and budget.
Congratulations to the Budget Team for completion of a successful budget for Fiscal Year 2025-26!
