PSLinProgress. com: A new way to see the City ' s progress in action
The City of Port St. Lucie is giving residents a frontrow seat to the future with the launch of PSLinProgress. com, a dynamic new webpage that highlights the many projects shaping our community.
From traffic improvements and vibrant new parks to drainage system upgrades, new utility projects and revitalized neighborhoods, PSLinProgress highlights the City’ s work to enhance quality of life in every corner of Port St. Lucie.
This easy-to-navigate site doesn’ t just list projects; it tells the stories behind them, whether it’ s planning for growth or solving long-standing challenges.
New bench and pet waste stations installed
On Sept. 25, two new benches were installed in common areas of the Villas of Windmill Point 2, welcoming all Whispering Pines residents to relax, connect and enjoy the outdoors. To further enhance the neighborhood, five dog waste bag stations were added to promote cleanliness and maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
Volunteers from the Villas community played a key role by clearing and preparing the sites, assisting with installation and working closely with City staff throughout the process. The City also shared resources to help residents stay informed and engaged with local events.
“ Every project has a purpose and every purpose connects back to our residents,” said City of Port St. Lucie Director of Communications Sarah Prohaska.“ PSLinProgress helps us share those stories, showing how each effort is part of a bigger picture to move our City forward and keep our community informed.”
The site will be updated regularly as new projects begin and others wrap up. With before and after photos, videos and graphics, the website offers a clear, evolving snapshot of how Port St. Lucie is building a better tomorrow.
Adding a splash of color and beauty, Nature’ s Keeper planted a vibrant Royal Poinciana tree in front of the clubhouse, digging, staking and mulching the area to ensure it thrives. These efforts reflect a strong sense of community pride and a shared commitment to keeping Whispering Pines welcoming and well cared for.
