Fall into Fitness Fun Spirit Week
The fitness team is hosting Fall into Fitness Fun Spirit Week from Sept. 21-25 at both fitness center locations! Get ready for a week filled with fun, creativity, laughter and plenty of fitness spirit!
• Monday is Retro Day, so take a trip back in time with your favorite’ 80s and’ 90s workout gear.
• Tuesday is Superhero Day, where you can unleash your inner hero and dress as your favorite superhero or show off your superhero-inspired style.
• Wednesday brings Wild Wild West Day, so saddle up and come dressed in cowboy or cowgirl attire, including cowboy hats, flannels, bandanas and other Western-inspired gear.
• Thursday is Sports Fanatic Day, giving you the chance to represent your favorite sports team by wearing jerseys, team colors, hats or other fan gear.
• Friday is Funky Hat Day, where the wilder, sillier and more creative the hat, the better.

Basketball Mini Camp is back at Minsky Gym Get the kids on the court at Minsky Gym on Tuesday nights with Coach Jean-Ann Fret who focuses on ball handling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defensive techniques and game knowledge. The program is for ages 6-18. Cost is $ 60 for the six-week session from Sept. 8-Oct. 13.
Events, programming at MIDFLORIDA Event Center Kids Day Out Camp is 7:30 a. m. to 6 p. m., starting Sept. 21 at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center. Cost is $ 14.35.
