KPSLB Appreciation Night a win for food bank, Adopt-A-Street volunteers!
On May 22, KPSLB hosted its annual Appreciation Night at Clover Park, where fans donated non-perishable food items in exchange for complimentary tickets to the game.
In total, the Treasure Coast Food Bank collected a record 1,018 pounds of donations, which will create 1,221 meals for their programs!
Before the game, KPSLB recognized this year’ s Golden Grabber award winners on the field, including Kings Isle Ping Pong; The McKennas; PSL Crosstown Running Club; Glenn Magrane, The Neumanns; and Pick Me Up Trash. These volunteers went above and beyond this past year, making an enormous impact in their neighborhoods and communities!
The Adopt-A-Street volunteer program has been active in Port St. Lucie for 34 years and currently has 104 active groups.
