Homebuyer Assistance Program recognized by American Planning Association
The City of Port St. Lucie ' s American Rescue Plan Act( ARPA) Homebuyer Assistance Program, launched in partnership with the Community Land Trust of Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, was recognized by the American Planning Association at its 2025 conference.
The program received an honorable mention for the APA ' s Housing and Community Development Division Housing Innovation Award.
We are proud to have received this recognition and look forward to continuing to develop more innovative housing solutions in our neighborhoods.
