Getting ready for summer camps!
The Parks & Recreation team is working hard behind the scenes to prepare for an exciting and memorable summer camp season!

Court is in session at Rotary Park
A basketball court at Rotary Park was replaced and upgraded. The new court is ready to play!
This year, we’ re thrilled to announce the expansion of three new camp sites at Manatee Academy, Southern Oaks Middle School and Southport Middle School, allowing us to serve even more families in our community. Camp also will be held at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center for our Youth Camp, Tot Camp and Teen Camp, as well as at Minsky Gym for an additional Youth Camp location.
We’ re currently focused on finalizing logistics, processing registrations and hiring enthusiastic, qualified staff to ensure a safe, enriching and fun-filled summer for all campers. We can ' t wait to welcome everyone!
More specialty summer camps in 2025 include:
• Basketball Camp at St. Lucie West K-8
• eSports Camp at the Community Center
• Art Camp at Treasure Coast High School
• Football Camp at Turtle Run Park
New programs sprout up at Parks & Recreation
Parks & Recreation has several new programs available for residents of all ages:
• Adventure Sprouts nature class( ages 2-5) began at Woodstork Trail on April 22
• Build PSL: Minecraft Competition( eSports program) will be offered through late May
• Kickball League( adult and youth offerings) to begin in June at Turtle Run Park on Sundays
