Utility Systems Department Workshop
On April 9, the Strategic Initiatives & Innovation team supported the Utility Systems Department( USD) in hosting a half-day workshop at The Saints Golf Course. Using human-centered design, the workshop gave staff space to reflect on how the department is functioning, explore ideas across divisions and identify new opportunities to strengthen the work of the department. This input will directly inform updates to the department’ s Strategic Operations Plan and continue shaping how USD delivers exceptional service to the community.
