Floresta Drive Improvements: Floresta Drive Phase 3
Construction for Floresta Drive Phase 3 is in progress. Multiple crews are on site, working on essential underground drainage and watermain activities. Additionally, efforts are underway to construct the stormwater retention pond at Harborview Drive and to enhance drainage for the D-11 canal.
Road closures:
• Arton Lane: The contractor closed Arton Lane to thru traffic until the end of May.
• Harborview Drive: The contractor will close Harborview once Arton is open for a month in April / May.
• Floresta Drive: North of Crosstown Parkway to south of Fallon Drive closed from April to June 2027. The intersection of Fallon will remain open. Coral Reef Street is open to traffic.
• North of Fallon Drive to south of Arton Lane: Closed and will open by July.
• North of Harborview Drive to south of Calmoso Drive: Closed and anticipated to be open by the end of July. TDetours are in place to notify motorists ahead of the closure on Crosstown Parkway and Prima Vista Boulevard. Additionally, several local streets remain accessible for traffic.
