On March 9 , Major Crimes detectives arrested and charged 23-year-old Justin Lamont Jones with six counts of firing a weapon from a vehicle , two counts of shooting into a dwelling or vehicle and criminal mischief .
The arrest stemmed from a drive-by shooting that occurred in the 400 block of SW Prado Avenue on Feb . 19 . Luckily , there were no injuries concerning the shooting . Jones is housed in the St . Lucie County Jail on a $ 85,000 bond .
On March 13 around 9 p . m ., Special Investigations Division Gang Intelligence detectives conducted a traffic stop at SW Trenton Lane and SW Crescent Avenue . Two adults and one 15-year-old juvenile were in the vehicle . Probable cause was developed to search the vehicle , which yielded a stolen AR-15 , a stolen handgun , 36 grams of cannabis , baggies , scales and $ 631 in cash .
Nineteen-year-old Willdarion Adams was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis over 20 grams , possession of cannabis with intent to sell , possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor .
Nineteen-year-old Ty Jheer Reeves was arrested and charged with grand theft of a firearm , possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony , possession of cannabis over 20 grams , possession of cannabis with intent to sell , possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor .
The 15-year-old juvenile was arrested and charged with grand theft of a firearm , possession of a firearm by a minor , possession of cannabis under 20 grams .
District 2
On March 12 at about 11 p . m ., PSLPD Special Investigations Division Gang Intelligence Unit detectives conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet Suburban in the Tradition area . The driver was identified as Pierre Delince , 26 , also known as Jackboy , a known rap artist , convicted felon and documented gang member .
Detectives developed probable cause to search the vehicle and uncovered a loaded Glock handgun with an extended magazine , along with several items containing THC , cannabis and drug paraphernalia . Delince was arrested on several felony charges for both narcotics and firearms and is currently housed in the St . Lucie County Jail with no bond .
